The staff offered a warm welcome after our long drive from California, which made a big difference. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for my family. We appreciated the free parking, making it easy to access our vehicle whenever we needed it. Our friends had mentioned they had a wonderful experience as well, specifically praising the attentive staff and the overall ambiance during their stay.

Blake at the front desk was exceptionally kind, assisting with directions to local sites and providing a great dinner recommendation. However, a lack of towel bars in the bathroom and no shelving in the shower were minor inconveniences during our stay. The breakfast provided was adequate, but it could use some improvement.

I had a great time with my friends at this hotel! It was a perfect spot to explore the Snowbowl and Northern Arizona University. The location on historic Route 66 made our trip super fun. The staff were friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay here!

However, I was really disappointed when my friend spilled some wine and we were charged $75 without proper notification. We checked the room together, and it felt unfair to be charged later for something we thought was resolved.

The location boasts close proximity to essential amenities, including a Walgreens just a short walk away, which is convenient for quick purchases. Rooms feature decent space, accommodating families well, making it fairly suitable for a quick overnight stay.

There were significant inconveniences that affected my stay. The room temperature regulation was problematic. the heater took too long to warm the space, leaving it uncomfortably cold overnight. Plus, I found hairs in the sink, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. The bathroom window had a hole, causing freezing drafts, which was particularly uncomfortable on a frigid night. It was less than ideal that I had to resort to using spare blankets in my car. Overall, I expected better maintenance and facilities for the price paid.
